Fused Black Glass Necklace – Rainbow Colored Art Couture

I bought the fused glass square at an art show and never wore it, so I repurposed it! This necklace is a great size for wearing with the contemporary fashions of today.
It is crowned with stick pearls, a tiny marble, textured metal beads, glass caviar paste, and yes, there is a dangle… all in shades of flame red-orange, rust, emerald green and black.
The centerpiece measures 1 ¾” x almost 3”. This piece is equipped with festooning gold tone plated chains that adjust in length from 15 to 22 inches with a hook.

This beautiful fused black glass necklace is perfect for any occasion!
About fused glass – there are so many variations of the creative process, I am kind of interested in trying my hand at it sometime, but decided to follow the adage that Mary Kay Ash used to say,
“It’s hard to chase two rabbits and catch either one.”
So for now, I will just recycle bits as I come upon them.
