An English Porcelain trinket box lid is the centerpiece of this easy-to-wear piece of art. There is nothing quite like reusing vintage jewelry and antique pieces into wearable art pieces! I used an English Porcelain trinket box lid as my subject. I also added both vintage marble and costume jewelry from the 1940s through the 1980s. Adorning jewelry with vintage creations makes this special necklace a uniquely contemporary piece of art.
Creating Wearable Art
The flexible snake chain is a Monet necklace! Monet Jewelry is a line of handcrafted necklaces, earrings and brooches and used to give outfits a more formal, classier look. These vintage accessories were made by hand using primarily precious metals like gold and silver.
The yellow, gold, brown and tan colors on white background make it easy on the eyes while the color palette will complement any wardrobe. This one-of-a-kind necklace is a piece of wearable art for all occasions!
