The 5 ½” x 4 ¼” (the tassel adds another 2 ½”) and it adjusts in length to from 18” to 21” with a hook and chain clasp – this allows for flexibility for necklines and collars.  But, this one looks exceptionally nice displayed on a wall (like a picture) when not worn – it truly is art! This piece is pretty deep and very three dimensional.  The metal oval centerpiece was formerly the lid of a trinket box, enameled ART (brand) earrings, pink rivoli headlight earring, lots of vintage rhinestones and faceted crystal beads.   Satiny faux pearls, vintage marble, and glass caviar.
